Return and Exchange Policy
With the exception of free-size accessories (Caps, Bandana masks, masks, Workout Towels, and Bamboo socks) and hygiene products (Period Underwear), we accept returns and exchanges for unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise.
Some things to keep in mind:
- - If you wish to exchange your current purchase with a different product entirely, drop us an email on support@goathlos.com.
- - We have a 20-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for all eligible products. Only products returned in their original condition, without any damages and stains from usage will be accepted.
- - For exchanges, if the new size requested by you is not available, you can avail of either a refund or a store credit.
- - Once your return or exchange is approved, we will email you a tracking ID and schedule a pickup for you.
- - The return/exchange cycle could take anywhere between 7 to 10 days.
- - Keep the return pack ready, you can track the same using the link in your Pickup confirmation mail.
- - Once we receive the product back, we'll process your refund or ship you the exchange items.
